The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 31 March 2016 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

No declarations of interest were made.

To consider a report of the Visiting Team held on 25 April 2016.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing recommendations made by the Visiting Team on Monday, 25 April 2016.

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.

To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.                                   

(a)              To consider development applications where members of the public have attended the meeting in order to hear the Committee's deliberations.

(b)              To consider the remaining development applications.

NOTE: Councillors are requested to note that if they withdraw from the meeting during the consideration of a development application upon their return they should not participate any further in the deliberation or vote on that planning application.

In respect of plan no. 60580 for the erection of 2 storey single dwelling house together with car parking and boundary treatments on land adjacent to the rear of 679/681 Burnage Lane, Heaton Mersey, it was

RESOLVED – (1) That consideration of this application be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee in the light of the footprint of the proposed development having not being pegged out on site for the visit of the Visiting Team on Monday, 25 April 2016, as originally requested by the Heatons & Reddish Area Committee.

(2) That a further site visit be undertaken on Monday, 20 June 2016 and that the applicant be requested to ensure that the footprint of the proposed development be pegged out on site.
