It was reported that since the publication of the agenda, there had been a number of updates to the report as follows:-
· That the appeal against the refusal of planning permission for part single, part double rear extension with associated works and front car port conversion at 30 Hampstead Lane, Stockport had been allowed. · That the Breach of Condition Notice and Enforcement Notice served at 11 Appleby Road, Gatley had now been complied with. · That the appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the change of use of the property from a hair salon to a grill food takeaway at 96 Longford Road West, North Reddish had been dismissed.
Members queried whether the court date had been set for Enforcement Appeal at 21 Ogden Road, Bramhall. In response, it was confirmed that the date had been set for January. Members noted a correction to the report in relation to the location of Chester Road, Woodford.
