It was reported that since the publication of the agenda, there had been a number of updates to the report as follows:-
· An appeal had been received against the refusal of planning permission for a two storey side extension at 76 Cheadle Road, Cheadle Hulme. · With regard to the enforcement notice in relation to the removal of wooden window frames to the first and second floor front elevation of a locally listed building within a Conservation Area and their replacement with uPVC frames at 43, 45 and 47 Middle Hillgate, Stockport work had now commenced to comply with the notice. · The enforcement notice in respect of the erection of a satellite dish on the front wall of a house in a conservation area at 26 Alberta Street, Stockport had now been complied with.
