A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions, listing current planning appeals and dates for local inquiries and informal hearings according to area committees.

 

It was reported that since the publication of the agenda, there had been a number of updates to the report as follows:-

 

·         The appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the erection of a 2 storey 3 bedroom detached house in brick and render with front, rear and side gardens including 2 private parking spaces at 8 Hadley Close, Cheadle Hulme had been allowed, however no costs had been awarded.

·         The appeal against the refusal of planning permission to increase the existing single storey side rear extension to a double story side and rear extension at 2 Marlcroft Avenue, Heaton Moor had been dismissed.

·         The appeal against the refusal of planning permission to increase the existing single storey side/ rear extension to a double storey side and rear extension at Turf Lea Farm, Turf Lea Road Marple had been dismissed.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.
