A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions, listing current planning appeals and dates for local inquiries and informal hearings according to area committees.

 

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive reported that since the publication of the report two further enforcement notices had been served at 21 Ogden Road, Bramhall in respect of the in relation of uPVC windows in a conservation area; and at 223 Stockport Road, Cheadle Heath in relation to the unauthorised construction of an outbuilding.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.

To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

 

Applications were submitted to Stockport Council in October 2018 under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011 (as amended), seeking to establish: Mellor, Marple Bridge, Mill Brow and Compstall (MMMC) Neighbourhood Forum; and Mellor, Marple Bridge, Mill Brow and Compstall (MMMC) Neighbourhood Area. This report provides information on the process as it relates to Neighbourhood Planning and the determination of these applications, including reporting on any comments received.

 

The Committee is recommended to comment on and note the report.
