The representative of the Deputy Chief Executive provided the following updates to the report:-
· The appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the change of use of land and the erection of a bungalow at Hillside Farm, Hill End, Werneth Low Road, Romiley had been dismissed. · The appeal against the enforcement action being undertaken in respect of the construction of a raised earth mound in an area of open space which should be level on land at Raisbeck Road (Former Dialstone Centre) Offerton had been dismissed.
The following comments were then made:-
· The appeal against the enforcement action in respect of the development undertaken without the benefit of planning permission at The Garden House, Lakes Road, Marple would no longer be held in abeyance following the refusal of consent for the development at Marple Area Committee. · An update was requested in respect of the untidy land notice that had been served at 10 Bunkers Hill, Romiley. · Further information was requested on the progress with regard to the enforcement notice served at 287 Wellington Road South, Heaviley which had originally been served on December 2016.
