2.	Election of Vice Chair To elect a Vice Chair of the Committee for the period until the next Council meeting. Additional documents: Webcast for 2. Minutes: RESOLVED – That Mr Andrew Stewart be elected Vice Chair of the Committee for the period until the next Annual Council Meeting.
3.	Minutes PDF 372 KB To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 5 December 2022. Additional documents: Webcast for 3. Minutes: The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 5 December 2022 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

7.	Annual Report Regarding Councillor Conduct 2022/23 PDF 148 KB To consider a report of the Assistant Director – Legal and Democratic Governance (Monitoring Officer). The report updates the Standards Committee on complaints received by the Monitoring Officer about the conduct of members during the 2022/23 municipal year. The Committee is requested to note the report and agree for it to proceed to the Cabinet Meeting, followed by the Council Meeting.
