This review focuses on the lived experience of ethnic minority communities and feedback from services on what they do/plan to do in order to better support people from ethnic minority backgrounds and people with SMI (severe mental illness).

To discuss the key issues raised during the scrutiny review and agree the next steps for the review including the collation of the recommendations and identifying any gaps in the review process.
