To consider a report of the Chair of the Scrutiny Review Panel.

The draft final report of the Scrutiny Review Panel is presented for consideration. The final report and recommendations of the Scrutiny Review Panel will go on to be considered by the Economy, Regeneration & Climate Change Scrutiny Committee (6 March 2025) and thereafter, Cabinet (18 March 2025).

The Scrutiny Review Panel is requested to:

1.    consider and comment on the draft final report; and

2.    endorse the draft final report for onward submission to the Economy, Regeneration & Climate Change Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet, subject to any amendments.
