To consider a report of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance.

 

The report details a number of applications received for funding from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust and asks that the Sub Committee consider the applications in line with the charitable objectives of the Trust.

 

The Sub Committee are recommended to determine the applications for funding from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust.

Bolshaw Primary School PTFA is asking for £8000 from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust towards the cost of an outdoor canopy classroom to enhance the outdoor learning experience for the children of Bolshaw Primary School by providing an area for nature-based play and learning.

5th Cheadle Hulme Scout and Guide Hut is asking for £1500 from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust towards the cost of replacing flood damaged flooring in the main hall of the hut to enable safe and continued use of the hut by the scout and guide groups, as well as the wider community.
