NOTE: It is proposed that the development applications listed below shall be determined under the Urgent Action provisions of the constitution.

This permits the Chief Executive or the appropriate Corporate Director, following consultation with the relevant Committee Chair, to make decisions that would ordinarily be reserved to a committee of the Council.

While members are being consulted as part of this decision-making process, it is important to note that the decision must be one for the Corporate Director alone to make.

Proposed two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension.

Agricultural workers dwelling.

Demolition of existing dwelling. New residential housing development comprising 3no. dwellings and 1no. detached garage, accessed via shared private driveway with associated landscaping and external works.
