To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 22 January 2019.

The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 22 January 2019 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

A copy of a briefing note on the Stockport Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Service, as requested at the last meeting, was also circulated.

Councillors and officers were invited to declare any interests they had in any of the items on the agenda for the meeting.

No declarations of interest were made.

To consider a report of the Chief Finance Officer (CCG) and Borough Treasurer (Council)

The report will set out the Better Care Fund (BCF) Quarter 4 Monitoring Returns and provide an update on the finance performance of the BCF.

The Board will be invited to approve the Returns for submission to the Department of Health.

A joint report of the Chief Finance Officer (Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group) and the Borough Treasurer (Stockport Council) was submitted (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Sub-Committee to consider the Better Care Fund (BCF) Quarter 4 Monitoring Returns and providing an update on the financial performance of the BCF as at 31 March 2019.

In relation to the Dedicated Facilities Grant it was commented that there was a positive trend of increasing spend and that officers continued to explore ways to make best use of the resources.

RESOLVED – That

(i)    the BCF monitoring return be approved for submission, and

(ii)   the finance performance of the BCF as at 31 March 2019 (Quarter 4) be noted.
