The Friends of Cale Green Park are organising
a repeat of their popular Summer in the Park event, on Sunday the
26th June, from 12:30 to 4pm.
The Friends of Cale Green Park have submitted all the relevant
paperwork and policies and have a good track record of running well
organised community events.
The event is a family occasion and will include music, market
stalls, food and drink and will have donkey rides for small
children.
This event is aimed at local people who generally walk to the
event.

Minutes:
A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application submitted by the Friends of Cale Green Park for a ‘Summer in the Park’ event on Sunday, 26 June 2022, from 12.30pm to 4.00pm.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
