The Committee is recommended to grant planning permission, subject to a Section 106 Agreement.

In respect of plan no. DC083333 for the renovation and extension of the existing barn building at the former Bleachworks off Hollywood Road to form 1 no. residential dwellinghouse, with associated landscaping and the erection of an additional barn and feed store at Holly Head, Hollywood Road, Mellor, Stockport, it was

RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate & Support Services & Deputy Chief Executive be authorised to determine the application subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 agreement to secure the relevant contribution towards open space; the removal of permitted development rights; and the imposition of a condition relating to a construction traffic management plan.
