To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from the St Martin’s Church, Heaton Norris for a grant of £1,000 from Heatons South ward allocation only) towards the cost of hosting a community Jubilee party on Saturday 4th June 2022 within the grounds of St Martin’s Church. The party will take the form of a community fun afternoon. There will be a number of different activities which will draw in different elements of the community both in the organisation and involvement.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received on behalf of St Martin’s Church Heaton Norris towards the cost of hosting a community Jubilee party on Saturday 4th June 2022 within the grounds of St Martin’s Church. The party will take the form of a community fun afternoon. RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from St Martin’s Church Heaton Norris for a grant of £1,000 from Heatons South ward allocation only towards the cost of hosting a community Jubilee party on Saturday 4th June 2022 within the grounds of St Martin’s Church.
