A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received on behalf of Friends of Cheshire Theatre School towards the cost of towards the cost of representing Team England at the Dance World Cup which has 12,000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25 trying to qualify for the finals which is held annually in a different location.
