To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from the Friends of Cheshire Theatre School for a grant of £840 (£360 from Heatons North, £200 from Heatons South, £160 from Reddish North and £120 from Reddish South wards allocation) towards the cost of representing Team England at the Dance World Cup which has 12,000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25 trying to qualify for the finals which is held annually in a different location. This year it is in San Sebastian in Spain.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received on behalf of Friends of Cheshire Theatre School towards the cost of towards the cost of representing Team England at the Dance World Cup which has 12,000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25 trying to qualify for the finals which is held annually in a different location. RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Friends of Cheshire Theatre School for a grant of £840 from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget (£360 from Heatons North, £200 from Heatons South, £160 from Reddish North  and £120 from Reddish South ward allocations) towards the cost of representing Team England at the Dance World Cup which has 12,000 children around the world aged from 4 to 25 trying to qualify for the finals which is held annually in a different location.
