To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report provides details relating to a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions at the junction of Criterion Street & Betley Road in Reddish.

The Area Committee is asked to approve the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:

No Waiting at Any Time:

Criterion Street

Western side from the Northern kerb line of Betley Road for a distance of 10 metres in a Northerly direction.

Betley Road

Northern side from the Western kerb line of Criterion Street for a distance of 15 metres in a Westerly direction (and to tie-in with the aforementioned).

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) providing details relating to a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions at the junction of Criterion Street & Betley Road in Reddish.

RESOLVED – That approval be given for the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders at a cost of £700 to be funded from the Delegated Ward Budget and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:
