To consider a report of the Director of Place Management
The report sets out a proposal to upgrade (and extend) no Waiting at any Time restrictions to introduce a Prohibition of Loading on Marsland Street and Water Street in Portwood.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Orders be made.

Minutes:
A representative of the Director of Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) proposing to upgrade (and extend) the No Waiting at any Time restrictions to introduce a Prohibition of Loading on Marsland Street and Water Street in Portwood.
RESOLVED – That authority be delegated to the Director of Place Management, in consultation with the Chair of the Area Committee and ward councillors to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders detailed in the report, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders.
