Variation of conditions 1 and 10 of DC/058634 to facilitate the removal of the trees to the rear boundary of the site and their replacement with a laurel hedge together with new planting to the front of the site.

RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would have a negative impact on the visual amenity of residents on Sidall Road and on the conservation area adjacent to the road.
