A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted a report of the Corporate Director (Place) & Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from Pick N Mix Events to hold Funtopia Family Play Days at Woodbank Memorial Park on Sunday 1 May 2022, Saturday 2 July 2022 and Wednesday 10 August 2022,
RESOLVED – That approval be given to the application from Pick N Mix Events to hold Funtopia Family Play Days at Woodbank Memorial Park on Sunday 1 May 2022, Saturday 2 July 2022 and Wednesday 10 August 2022, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place; and the organiser highlighting the parking situation on social media prior to the events taking place.
