To consider a report of the Corporate Director (Place) and Deputy Chief Executive.

The report considers a proposal for the amendment of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) in relation to Dorset Avenue, Bramhall.

The Area Committee is requested to consider and comment upon the following proposals and approves the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) set out in Appendix A and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted a report of the Corporate Director (Place) and Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) considering a proposal for the amendment of the Traffic Regulation Order in relation to Dorset Avenue, Bramhall.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulations Orders and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £560 to be funded from the Traffic Services Budget:-

West Side – From the intersection of the southern kerb line of Winton Close to a point 10 meters north of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Winton Close.

West Side – From a point 20 meters south of the intersection of the southern kerb line of Poole Close to a point 10 meters north of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Poole Close.

West Side - From a point 10 meters south of the intersection of the southern kerb line of Longham Close to a point 40 meters north east of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Longham Close.
