To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report provides details relating to part-revocations of No Waiting at any Time restrictions on parts of Drake Court in Reddish.

The Area Committee is asked to approve the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:

Revoke No Waiting at Any Time:

Drake Court

South Westerly side from a point 6.5 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Coronation Street for a distance of 3.5 metres in a South Easterly direction.

South Easterly side from the North Easterly kerb line of the cul-de-sac end for a distance of 4.5 metres in a South Westerly direction; including the return of 2.5 metres in a North Easterly direction.

Not forming part of the Traffic Regulation Order, the cost for a direction plate to No’s 74 – 77 Drake Court.

RESOLVED – That approval be given for the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders at a cost of £910 to be funded from the Delegated Ward Budget and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:
