To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
This report is to advise the Committee of an objection received to the proposed introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to introduce a 20mph speed limit for Green Lane, Norris Hill Drive, Winchester Drive, Blandford Road, Ridgemont Avenue, The Square, The Green, Wittenbury Road, Marlcroft Avenue and Mossfield Close in Heaton Norris. The TRO is proposed as part of the Road Safety around Schools scheme for Norris Bank Primary School.
The Area Committee is asked to consider the comments in the report, and provide approval for the order to be made as advertised.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) advising the Committee of an objection received to the proposed introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to introduce a 20mph speed limit for Green Lane, Norris Hill Drive, Winchester Drive, Blandford Road, Ridgemont Avenue, The Square, The Green, Wittenbury Road, Marlcroft Avenue and Mossfield Close in Heaton Norris. RESOLVED – That the Area Committee has agreed that notwithstanding the objections the order be made as advertised.
