This report considers a request from the Heald Green Community Festival Management Team requesting permission to hold the Heald Green Community Festival at Outwood Road Playing Fields on 30 June 2012.

 

The Area Committee is requested to approve the application.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) in connection with a request from the Heald Green Community Festival Management Team to hold the Heald Green Community Festival at Outwood Road Playing Fields on 30 June 2012.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the application from Heald Green Community Festival Management Team to hold the Heald Green Community Festival at Outwood Road Playing Fields on 30 June 2012.
