Demolition of existing conservatory and detached garage. Proposed two-storey side extension including a hip to gable roof extension on both sides to facilitate a loft conversion and creation of 3rd storey. The roof alterations include an increase in ridge height, additional windows to side and rear elevation and rooflights to the rear roofslope. Proposed single storey rear extension and a single storey porch to front elevation. Proposed additional vehicular parking with additional presscrete driveway.
