A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a park event application from the Friends of Cale Green Park to hold its annual summer event on 21 June 2020.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from the Friends of Cale Green Park to hold its annual summer event on 21 June 2020 on the production of the relevant paperwork.
