To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report sets out an application from Michael Mulhearn Amusements to hold family funfairs on three separate occasions - Friday to Sunday 13th-15th March 2020, 12th-14th June 2020 and 21st-23rd August 2020.

The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an application from Stockport Carnival Committee to utilise Woodbank Memorial Park on 18 July 2020.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Michael Mulhearn Amusements to hold family funfairs on three separate occasions in Woodbank Memorial Park – Friday to Sunday 13^th – 15^th March 2020. 12^th – 14^th June 2020 and 21^st – 23^rd August 2020, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
