To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report sets out the following proposed delegated budget scheme:

To clean out and jet the gullies within the following un-adopted roads - 

Heatons North – Wingate Road and Princes Road

Heatons South – Pleachway, Park Row, Park Place, Vale Close, Brighton Road, o/s 8/10 Ridgmont Avenue

Reddish South – Victoria Road, Brook Road, Reddish Vale Road

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the proposed works at a cost of £1,321 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to clean out and jet gullies on a number of unadopted roads in the area represented by the Heatons & Reddish Area Committee.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the cleaning out and jetting of gullies on the following roads at a total cost of £1,321 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget: -
