To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report sets out an application from Cheadle Village Partnership to hold a community event entitled 'A Passion for Cheadle' at Grange Park Road Playing Field on 4 April 2020.

The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser producing the appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and insurances, and paying the fee.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Cheadle Village Partnership to hold a community event entitled ‘A Passion for Cheadle’ at Grange Park Playing Field on 4 April 2020, subject to the organiser producing the appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and insurances, and paying the fee.
