To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details an application received from Marple Guides and Scouts to hold their annual Bonfire and Fireworks Display at Brabyns Park on Saturday, 2 November 2019.
The event will run from 7.00 pm until 10.00 pm. However, the
organiser will require access from 8.00 am on the 2 November 2019
to set up and will vacate the site at 10.00 am on the 3 November
2019.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application subject to the production of appropriate papers, event plans and the payment of an administration and bond fee.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an event application from Marple Guides and Scouts to hold their annual Bonfire and Fireworks Display at Brabyns Park on Saturday 2nd November 2019.
RESOLVED – That the application from Marple Guides and Scouts to hold their annual Bonfire and Fireworks Display at Brabyns Park on Saturday 2nd November 2019 be approved.
