To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
To report the findings of a consultation exercise in relation to a package of revocations and new Traffic Regulation Orders on Bodmin Drive, Bramhall following reports that on occasions vehicles are parking up on both sides of Bodmin Drive causing an obstruction together with reduced visibility and creating a hazard.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders, and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £760 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-
Revocation of existing (TRO) Schedule - No Waiting at Any Time
Bodmin Drive, Bramhall
Both Sides - From the intersection of the northern kerb line of Dairyground Road, for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.
Proposed (TRO) Schedule - No Waiting at Any Time
Bodmin Drive, Bramhall
West Side - From the intersection of the northern kerb line of Dairyground Road, for a distance of 27.5 metres first in a north easterly direction, then north westerly direction.
East Side - From the intersection of the northern kerb line of Dairyground Road, for a distance of 31 metres first in a north easterly direction, then north westerly direction.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise in relation to a package of revocations and new Traffic Regulation Orders on Bodmin Drive, Bramhall following reports that on occasions vehicles are parking up on both sides of Bodmin Drive causing an obstruction together with reduced visibility and creating a hazard.
