Under the circumstances the proposal should: (i) Restrict the use of the development to Class C2; (ii) Restrict the minimum age of occupancy to people who have attained the age of 60 years (allowing for a younger partner) and are in need of personal care by reason of, at least, old age; (iii) Ensure the development is managed by a care provider registered with the Care Quality Commission; & (iv) Ensure at least one employee of the care provider is present on site at all times.
