To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out the results of an investigation into reports concerning a lack of visibility (due to on-street parking) for drivers looking left when turning out of Daylesford Crescent (northerly part) onto Schools Hill in Cheadle.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days of the advertisement date, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the results of an investigation into reports concerning a lack of visibility (due to on-street parking) for drivers looking left when turning out of Daylesford Crescent (northerly part) onto Schools Hill in Cheadle.
RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order on Schools Hill, Cheadle at an approximate cost of £610 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget 2019/20 (Cheadle and Gatley Ward allocation) and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made:-

Schools Hill - north west side from a point 10 metres north east of the north easterly kerb line of Daylesford Crescent (northerly part) for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.
