The Area Committee is recommended to consider the comments in the report and approve that the Order be made as advertised.

Minutes:
A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an objection received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order for the Milton Crescent area of Cheadle.
RESOLVED – That, notwithstanding an objection received to a proposed Restriction of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order on Milton Crescent, Cheadle,approval be given to the Order being made as advertised in Appendix A to the report and shown on drawing number NM8-4882-02.
