To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.
The report requests the Area Committee to consider the implementation of an additional parking bay proposal, changes to NWAAT/No Loading Monday.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that that Cabinet Member (Communities and Housing) approve the proposals detailed in the report.

Minutes:
A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider and comment on a proposal to approve the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) as set out in appendix A and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the order can be made.
RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing be recommended to approve the proposals detailed in the report.
