The report seeks resources for the cost for constructing a paving strip on a grass verge on Blackstone Road in Offerton.

The Area Committee is invited to approve the cost of paving on Blackstone Road at a cost of £557.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to fund the cost of a paving strip on a grass verge on Blackstone Road to assist a resident with mobility difficulties.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the provision of a paving strip on Blackstone Road (as set out in plan NM18-6284 attached to the report) to be funded at a cost of £557 from the Area Committee Delegated Budget (Offerton Ward allocation).
