The report sets out an objection to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order, for the Cherington Road / Broadway area of Cheadle.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing to approve that Order be made as recommended in paragraph 4 of the report.

Minutes:
A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an objection received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order for the Cherington Road/Broadway area of Cheadle.
RESOLVED – That, in the light of the objection received, approval be given to the Order being amended as detailed in Appendix A and shown on Drawing No. NM8-5035-02 attached to the report.
