A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) seeking approval to implement a Traffic Regulation Order for residents’ permit holders only on Gradwell Street, Edgeley.

 

RESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order for residents’ parking on Gradwell Street, Edgeley at an approximate cost of £1,820 to be funded from the Parking Budget:-

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order - Resident Permit Holders Only

 

Gradwell Street – South east side,from a point 15 metres south west of the south westerly kerbline of King Street West for a distance of 135 metres in a south westerly direction.

 

Gradwell Street – North west sidefrom a point 10 metres south west of the south westerly kerbline of Hilton Street to a point 10 metres east of the easterly kerbline of Hardman Street

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time

 

Gradwell Street – Both sides from a point 5 metres north east of the north easterly kerbline of Hardman Street for a distance of 5 metres, to tie in with existing waiting restrictions.

 

Gradwell Street – North West sidefrom the south westerly kerbline of Hilton Street for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.

 

Hilton Street – South West sidefrom the north westerly kerbline of Gradwell Street for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

 

(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
