To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out objections received to the proposed Waiting / Loading Traffic Regulation Order to facilitate better management of vehicular traffic in the Market Area to enhance safety and public realm and support its future development.
The Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing is requested to agree that the Traffic Regulation Order be made as advertised.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out objections received to the proposed Waiting/Loading Traffic Regulation Order to facilitate the better management of vehicular traffic in the Market Area in order to enhance safety and public realm and support the future development of the Market Area.
RESOLVED – That, notwithstanding the objections received to the proposed Waiting/Loading Traffic Regulation Orders in the Market Area, the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be recommended to agree that the Order be made as advertised.
