RESOLVED – (1) That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to consider the impact on residential amenity (in particular a boundary wall that has been constructed in the rear garden), the visual impact of the proposal and the loss of a family dwelling.

 

(2) That, should be the planning permission be granted, then it be recommended that a condition requiring sound attenuation measures be imposed.
