To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report details commuted sums received by the council from housing developers towards the cost of play provision received pre April 2015 and therefore not subject to the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the allocation of the commuted sums detailed in the report.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out commuted sums in the Central Stockport area which had been received by the Council from housing developers towards the cost of play provision received pre April 2015 and therefore not subject to the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations.
RESOLVED - That approval be given to the allocation of commuted sums for play provision in the Central Stockport area as follows:-
· the allocation of £2,342.34 from development no. 1256 (DC064627, White Lion) to Heaton Norris Park.
· the allocation of £14,458.08 from development no. 1254 (DC021312, Mac House, St. Thomas Place) to St. Thomas Recreation Ground.
