RESOLVED – (1) That planning permission be granted subject to conditions restricting the retention of the containers to an 18 month period; requiring the containers to be painted green within one month of the granting of permission; and the submission of a noise mitigation scheme within one month of the granting of permission.
(2) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be recommended to assess the general condition of the site and determine whether any enforcement action is necessary from a planning or environmental health perspective.
