To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report sets out a proposed Local Initiative Scheme for the installation of a height barrier to the entrance to the site and the installation of strategically placed wooden knee bar rail to prevent further unauthorised occupations of land.

The Area Committee is requested to support the maintenance scheme and authorise the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration to order the work.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposed Local Initiative Scheme for the installation of a height barrier to the entrance to the site and the installation of a strategically placed wooden knee bar rail to prevent further unauthorised occupations of land at Outwood Road Playing Fields and Village Hall Car Park, Heald Green.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the installation of a height barrier to the entrance to the site and the installation of strategically placed wooden knee bar rail to prevent further unauthorised occupations of land at Outwood Road Playing Fields and Village Hall Car Park, Heald Green at an approximate cost of £3,422 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation).
