To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the implementation of an additional set of speed cushions on Moor Lane, Woodford to address concerns from local residents in relation to the gap in the series of traffic calming features adjacent numbers 40/45 Moor Lane.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following scheme and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders, at a cost of £3,500, to be funded by way of a development agreement:-

Proposed 75mm high, 2.550 metre long by 1.9 metre wide pair of speed cushions

Moor Lane, Woodford - from a point 295 metres north of its junction with Chester Road.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following scheme and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders, at a cost of £3,500, to be funded by way of a development agreement:-
