RESOLVED – (1) That consideration of this item be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee pending further assessment by the highways officer of the potential for conflicting vehicle movements between the different uses of the site.

 

(2) That a site visit be undertaken to assess the sufficiency of the amenity space and the impact of the proposed development on the character of the locality.
