To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

 

The report sets out an objection received to a proposed order to introduce No Waiting at Any Time on Norbury Crescent, Hazel Grove, and includes the response of Officers to the issues raised in the objection.

 

The Area Committee is recommended, in light of the objection received, to amend the Order to include the following schedule:-

 

No Waiting at Any Time:

 

Norbury Crescent

 

North Easterly side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Chester Road in a North Westerly direction following the kerb line to a point level with the Southerly boundary line of property No. 1.

 

South Westerly side from a point 45.5 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Chester Road in a North Westerly direction following         the kerb line to a point level with the Southerly boundary line of property No.1.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneation (copies of which had been circulated) informing the Area Committee of an objection received to the proposed introduction of a waiting restrictions on NorburyCrescent, Hazel Grove. The report also included a response from the Coporate Director to the issues raised.

 

RESOLVED – That in light of the objection received, the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport (Norbury Crescent, Hazel Grove) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2018 be amended as follows:-

 

No Waiting at Any Time:

 

Norbury Crescent
