A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) of the Service Director (Place Management) reporting the findings of a consultation exercise with local residents of Prospect Vale, Brown Lane, Meadows Road and Brandon Avenue, Heald Green.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following scheme at an approximate cost of £2,200 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation):-

No Waiting at Any Time

Brown Lane, Heald Green – north side, from a point 10 metres west of the westerly kerb line of Prospect Vale to a point 38 metres east of the easterly kerb line of Prospect Vale.

Brown Lane, Heald Green – south side, from a point 10 metres east of the easterly kerb line of Meadows Road to a point 38 mertes west of the westerly kerb line of Meadows Road.

Prospect Vale, Heald Green – both sides, from the northerly kerb line of Brown Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.

Meadows Road, Heald Green – both sides, from the southerly kerb line of Brown Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.

Brandon Avenue, Heald Green – east side, from a point 150 metres north of the northerly kerb line of Brown Lane for a distance of 34 metres in a north then north easterly direction.

Proposed No Stopping Monday – Friday 8.00am – 9.30am, 11.30am – 12.30pm, 2.30pm – 3.30pm on School Entrance Markings

Prospect Vale, Heald Green – both sides, from a point 15 metres north of the northerly kerb line of Brown Lane for a distance of 86 metres in a northerly direction, the limit of its adopted length.

Proposed No Stopping Monday – Friday 8.00am – 9.30am, 2.30pm – 3.30pm on School Entrance Markings

Brandon Avenue, Heald Green – west side, from a point 148 metres north of the northerly kerb line of Brown Lane for a distance of 32 metres in a north then north west then north easterly direction.
