To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding from East Cheshire Musical Theatre Company towards the cost of staging a theatre production.

The Werneth Area Committee approved a grant of £200 at its meeting held on 24 September 2018.

A representative of The East Cheshire’s Musical Theatre Company attended the meeting to present an application for Ward Flexibility Funding towards the cost of a staging a theatre production.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the Ward Flexibility Funding application from The East Cheshire’s Musical Theatre Company for £500 towards the cost of staging a production, to be funded as follows:-

Cheadle Hulme North Ward – £250

Heald Green Ward - £250

To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding from East Cheshire Musical Theatre Company towards the cost of staging a theatre production.

As the applicant was not present at the meeting, this application was deferred.

To consider an application for ward flexibility funding for a grant of £1,000 (£500 from this Area Committee) towards the cost of staging a theatre production.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted an application for ward flexibility funding received on behalf of East Cheshire's Musical Theatre Company (copies of which had been circulated) towards the cost of staging a theatre production.

RESOLVED – (1 against) That approval be given to the award of a grant of £200 from the Ward Flexibility Budget to East Cheshire's Musical Theatre Company towards the cost of staging a theatre production.
