The Area Committee is recommended to give approval the legal advertising of the package of traffic regulation orders contained in the report, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £2,207.09 to be funded by way of a developer contribution.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal for the introduction of new “Limited Waiting” and “No Waiting At Any Time” Traffic Regulation Orders in the turning head of Ormerod Close, Romiley.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following traffic regulation orders and associated revocations, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £1,407.09 to be funded by way of a developer contribution:-

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order
“Limited Waiting” Monday - Friday 8.15am-9.15am & 2.45pm- 3.45pm
Ormerod Close (south side) - From a point 10 metres north west of the western kerbline of The Ridgway for a distance of 144 metres in a north westerly/north/south easterly direction.
“No loading” Monday - Friday 8.15am-9.15am & 2.45pm- 3.45pm
Ormerod Close (south side) - From a point 10 metres north west of the western kerbline of The Ridgway for a distance of 144 metres in a north westerly/north/south easterly direction.
