To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report considers an application from Stockport Harriers & AC for its 2018 Stockport road race at Woodbank Memorial Park on 9 December 2018.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place and this being confirmed to the Ward Councillors.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from Stockport Harriers & AC for its 2018 Stockport road race at Woodbank Memorial Park on 9 December 2018.
RESOLVED - That the application from Stockport Harriers & AC for its 2018 Stockport road race at Woodbank Memorial Park on 9 December 2018 be approved, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place and this being confirmed to the Ward Councillors; and signs being erected directing people to the appropriate car park.
